New Designer

So I went to my folder of goodies from the December little holiday party (which was really amazing) and I checked the new designer's folder but it only says new-todayistheday-cockatoo, and I thought, is that a hint? A bird or an anagram? Then I realized my brain was bleeding and I have to wait till the 6th :eek::D
 
Every designer had an animal name and it wasn't specific to this new designer. However, maybe the fact that it was a cockatoo, possibly. But I'm skeptical that it meant anything since the other designers followed the same animal naming in their files.

Only a few more days and we will find out who it is!! I've been checking all over digiland for "I'm leaving" posts, but so far no one has hinted they are closing their current shop!

I've already guessed that it's Mari K or Sherry F. But I'm probably wrong since I don't know very many other designers outside of SSD and my shop. :wub:
 
Cherry, I have no idea what you are talking about, BUT I do love your siggie! ♥ But, srsly... New designer? WHAT???
 
Nooooo!!!! Hahaha! I made a guess but I'm not really sure I can't wait for Jan 6th! :D
I love it too I don't want to make new siggy yet. :wub:

I think I figured it out. i saw the closing shop and moving post a few days ago.
 
Ooooh, I just went to the site and saw it. I've never heard of her :O Guess I'll have to stalk her store and see what her style is like before she gets here! :D Oh well pooh, I forgot it was the new year and her store is gone. She'll be a surprise to me for sure then!
 
:w00t: I am so glad I can finally come out and say, yes, I am a Sweet Shoppe Designer. I am excited and humbled and walking on air.

To those who guessed it was me, I am pretty surprised. I didn't think anyone would get it. LOL
 
Welcome, Lorie! I love your style and products in the shoppe :)

I would have never guessed as I hang exclusively here in SSD but I am always excited about new designers!

What made it tricky is that the mini you contributed to the collab didn't have any of your awesome signature doodles! :)

:w00t: I'm so excited that you're a designer here at SSD, Lorie!!! Goodness, I remember when you were just starting out before you even opened your first store. You've always been very talented and I think you'll fit in well here. :wub::wub::wub:
