Netflix Roku

I don't even have NetFlix what it that?
NetFlix is a DVD rental service by mail. You make a list of DVDs you want to see from their library and they mail them to you. You return them whenever you want. You pay a monthly fee depending on the number of DVDs you want.

If you want to try it out, I think I have a code for a month free trial (as opposed to 2 weeks).

they also have some stuff you can watch online.

Ah that would be why I don't know what it is. I think we rent from Blockbuster about 1x a year! Thanks for the offer Mimi but I am thinking I wouldn't be a good candidate for it. :)

LOL _ we can already do that w/o their box.

We have a computer for our TV, so we just do it through the computer connection there in the living room on the TV.

DH and I looked into it. But here's the thing..... IMO their online selection sucks!! I mean, if it were their entire selection of rent-able movies, then it would totally be worth it. But their online selection is not worth the $100 it would cost to get the box.
So, there's my two cents...

LOL Col - there are more computers in our house then live beings, and we have 3 cats!

My husband is an IT geek and builts computers for fun out of spare parts from computers people give him. So if it sits still long enough, he's going to attach a computer to it somehow. :D

i looked over the online selection and while limited I think it's OK for me. I saw Facts of Life season 3 there :D. plus i'm assuming they add new stuff.
