Need some ideas re:baby shower invitation

I got a call from one of DF's colleagues last night and she asked me if I could make a baby shower invitation...but it's a bit of a twist...the invitation is for the mom-to-be.

Date, time and loacation will go on there of course, but usually you would put on there that "you're invited to so-and-so's baby shower, she is registered at..." but that doesn't really apply here. Anyone have any good ideas?

I would just make it pretty and just say something like "Please Join Us". Is it still supposed to be a surprised of some sort for her?

Yeah, it's surprise until she actually gets the invitation.

Yea, I would stick to just a "please join us" on such and such date at such and such time and location.

Invitations are easy. Date. Time. Place. Done. I did a H4H blog post about invitations in January, I can look it up if you want.
