normally, I wouldn't post this, but I am soooo freakin' nervous right now, it's not even funny.

I have a job interview today, up at one of the area mines, for an administration assistant position in purchasing department. If I get this job, I would be making more an hour than my husband (and he is starting his third year in his position!)!!! The days and hours are perfect for us (Monday - Friday, daytime hours) so we wouldn't be worrying about daycare or anything (especially since we would only need about 3 hours of care after my hubby goes to work before I come home). I have been looking for daytime work since November, and everything I have applied for around here - which isn't much available - nothing has been so perfect as this!!


on a plus though, I am hoping to stop and see Kristin and meet baby Lucas, if only for a moment, before I go to my interview (if she is home anyways. lol) since the mine is in the community she lives in. heheheee

well, I am home, still beyond nervous - but this time with worry that I said or did something wrong. They asked me a TON of mining related questions, which I had no clue what the answers were. And they asked TOUGH personal questions regarding my job history and more, like where do I see myself in 5 years (I hate this kind of question, cause who knows what the future holds?!?!). I won't know for a week to a month, since the posting hasn't officially closed yet (and they normally don't do interviews and whatnot before closing!). But I swear, I was a ball of freakin' nerves!!!

But, on a positive - I got to hold Lucas!!!! hehehe I stopped to drop some stuff off to Kristin before my interview, and I got to hold that sweet bundle of baby! I miss sleeping snuggly babies!!!
