Need recs: Tag punch that punches the hole too

I haven't used any like that. I have found the Fiskars other punches are nice, but I've not tried the larger lever like punches from any company, so I'm no help. Sorry.
 
I have the tag maker by Creative Memories. It's great and you can find new ones on ebay even though Creative Memories is out of business. Hope that helps.
