Need Help-forum posting idiot needs help

Hey guys! I want to do the photo challenge about the neighborhood (I live in Phoenix, so I want to brag), but I can't figure out how to post my picture in the post reply box. I click on the image icon, but it asks for a URL address, so not sure what to do next-

Click the little picture in the bar that looks like a mountain and insent your image there

I forgot to add- it has to be hosted somewhere like photobucket.com
