Sooo today is mine and DH's anniversary (suppress the ticker tape parade if you can ) and I'm making a great big meal tonight... I just need some snazzy special-occasion chocolate dessert recipes! :thumbup:

So lay 'em on me!

ETA: I should mention that "special-occasion" to me is pretty much anything lol... I'm REAL classy that way.

Man, those chocolate-covered strawberries look so yummy!

I'm a huge fan of the the desserts in the Trader Joe's froze case .... cheap, yummy and easy to "cook", lol.

You can never have too many good recipes for chocolate!

The strawberries are actually fairly easy to make and you feel more "healthy" LOL eating them right! Talk about antioxidants!

Yes the Strawberries!!! I made them once for my DH for Valentines though I put a little twist on them and put them on skewers and put them in a Vase! It was like giving him a dozen roses but he could eat them! He loved it!
