Laura - you ROCK! Congrats on achieving so much. I think so many people think that gastric bypass is the "easy" way out of losing weight. What do you do now to keep yourself looking so good?

It helps a lot now that I can only eat smaller portions. I try to stay away from bread, pasta, and things like pizza. I snack on carb-y things...me and popcorn/pretzels/goldfish are like bff lol...but try not to too much. I've found quite a few things that I really like that are higher protein and less carbs. I really changed the way my whole family eats and that helped a lot. Just not having it in the house is my secret lol I don't have an aversion to sugar (damn the luck) so I need to keep it away. If it were in the house, I'd eat it...and that's what got me in the predicament I was in.
