My Shopping Cart is empty

I filled it ready for SR next week then logged out. When I log in again it is now empty. Is there any solution to keeping products in the cart?

Are you sure you were signed in when you filled it? If you aren't signed in, it will still let you fill your cart, but won't keep anything in there.

I always sign in, put items in, then sign out. I've never had items get taken out. HTH!

Your best bet is to use the wishlist. I'm pretty sure that the store here doesn't offer permanent cart.

I think I was but it was over a week ago when I did it, I've done it again now because it was only 7 items which I had remembered from a thread comment and made sure I was logged in this time.

only reason I hadn't used the wishlist is that I use kaboodle and have forgotten that I have stuff in the wishlist before. Normally when I put stuff in the cart it is going to be purchased immediately so I don't normally have this problem.

I don't know how long items stay in the cart, but you can definitely sign in and put items in your cart and then sign out and they'll stay in there. I've waited several days before signing again and it's always still there.
