My poor baby!

Aww man, Regan hurt herself yesterday... pretty bad. They were playing on their scooters (those Razor ones) and she fell. Normal... but this time, when she fell, she landed strattling the edge of the scooter. I saw it happen and KNEW she hurt herself. She jumped up screaming and holding her cr*tch. I was kinda freaked so I took a little peek and my baby was BLEEDING from the place no 6-year-old girl should bleed from. My heart sank. Turned out to be a tiny cut on the inner skin, but it's pretty painful for her. Poor baby!
 
You know I did this on my bike when I was little, around that same age, except it was a bike crossbar. I was VERY sore for a few days. I remember it well.

I hope she feels better soon, poor little thing!
 
Poor Regan :( I'm sure it hurts to pee...when I was younger I was climbing my mom's laundry line thing...one of those square ones. Well she stuck a big stick in it to keep it more upright and I fell down right onto it. I remember it hurting a lot and hurting to pee for a few days. Not fun at all. I hope she feels better soon!
 
She seems to be OK until she has to pee. I'm tempted to tell her that's BARELY what it feels like after you have a baby... but she doesn't really know that babies come out of there yet. :blink:
 
Oh honey yuor poor baby and poor you, you must have been terrified! I got that sick stomach feeling just reading it!! Big hugs!!
 
OH I remember doing something similar..I was spending the night with a friend, and my parents were over there hanging out with her parents. My friend and I went to take a bath together (we were like 5-6 years old) and I stood up with one foot on each knob (the hot and cold , back when tubs had two) and I slipped and you can guess where the faucet went? I remember blood running down my leg and screaming for dear life..and even more embarassing when my mom laid me out on a towel while she and my friend's mom proceeded to try to figure out where/what exactly was hurt. I don't know if I was hurt more than embarrassed but obviously the memory stands out in my mind! that is never a fun thing for a girl to go through and I hope your sweet girl is feeling better. I can imagine the feeling you must have gotten in the pit of your stomach when that happened :(
 
Ouch!! That happened to me when I was little and it turned out I broke my heiman (referred to as cherry).
 
Get rid of those THINGS! They are too dangerous for my babies. Doggoneit! I sure hope the cut wasn't bad. It's bad enough she got cut, but to have it bad, no. Just make sure it doesn't get infected. My poor baby, I can't even hug her hurt away.
