My Paint Can is FINISHED....

It is finished and once I sat down to glue it all together it was done really with in minutes! I loved it... I mean I love it and I loved doing it! It turned out perfectly!
I ran out to the craft store on Saturday and got my foam brushes to glue it on with and ribbons.....

Okay ...not the best photos, kept wanting to flash... but I do love how they turned out and I can't wait to do more "projects"... =)

NOW ... if you have any great suggestions to put in it for Halloween (for E's preschool teacher)... =)
 
Wow - this looks awesome! Love the flash of orange ribbons. I have no idea what to put in it though - we don't really have halloween in Australia :eek:

How about a nice pen, some stickers, a bit of chocolate....
It turned out GREAT.
 
Turned out great. Just remember you can do halloween colored beads on the handle instead of ribbon. Makes it more "hand friendly" and keeps it looking nice. The handle of the paint cans pop right out - makes it easier for applying the labels too!

Teachers always need a nice pen, some gum, a starbucks giftcard, giftcard to bookstore or teacher supply store, packages of stickers, chocolate, post-it notes, disposable camera. Hope that helps!! Oh, and great job on the can!!

it looks great...fantastic job!

I think a gift card is a great idea with some other pens, pencils, post its or something like that. I love the idea of the disposable camera too:)
 
Kim, it looks fantastic! She'll be thrilled to get it. I think the Starbucks gift card is always a good idea for the teachers. Ours love them, as well as gift cards to Staples or Office Depot. They constantly need things off of their wish lists and this lets them just pop in and get what they need, when they need it.

thought about the disposable camera...
I had to do a daily bank run for work... aka grocery store stop w/ a starbucks inside... so I will so be picking everything up today!
hey the grocery store even has all those gift cards to purchase too...

I'll have E with me today (picking him up from school) so I'll have him help me out!!!

I have one more can I bought a long time ago and a few small ones ...SO gotta figure out the smaller size can and make a few more!!

I love the Starbucks gift card idea someone put in there! Or a gift card to Target?

Target also has the $1 section that usually has cute things to put in goody bags.
 
So I just picked up Ethan and his teacher LOVED the paint can...
she said as soon as she saw it, she was like SHE IS A SCRAPBOOKER

LOL

So I told her how I switched to digital and said I would send a book w/ Ethan... who knows maybe I can convert her!! LOL
