My newest computer time waster

ok, so my newest way to waste time here at my desk when I'm supposed to be working: watching TV shows on my computer. In the past 2 weeks, I've watched every episode of seasons 1 and 2 of Heroes. I started with videos on my DVD drive for season 1, then moved to "watch online" from Netflix, for most of season 2, and finished up season 2 at NBC online.

Hmmm, if they offer much more online, I may have a problem . . . Anyone else watching online?

I tried hulu for Heroes, but they only had the same episodes as NBC (guess they are actually legit, and not copyright violators, which is good but inconvenient )

Netflix online is pretty cool, and very easy (and it doesn't affect the videos you get by mail).

Jen, no problems at all -- quality is good, and no delays or pauses or anything.

i was trying to watch Netlix online but my laptop would overheat and then just shut down.

I LOVE watching TV online. Someone made me watch the first 3 seasons of The Office on Netflix, then season 4 on NBC.com and I was sooooo hooked!

I totally do this! I get so busy I forget to watch shows. Its how I catch up on the Hills!

My DH is usually monopolizing the TV at night (not that I mind b/c I'm usually scrapping!) but this way I can catch up during the day!

do anyone know if the movies online are subritled?
