My New Baby....

So, P and I have never had a new car. We always get hand me downs and such. Our car (until this morning) was a 98 Ford Explorer named Blanco. 2 doors wouldn't open, 2 windows wouldn't roll down, the tranny was going out and it was just a MESS. We had her for 7 years and she's served us well till this year when she started dying of old age. Meet Midnight...

She's a 2009 Ford Escape with 40k miles on her. She has built in Bluetooth for my phone, Sirius Satellite Radio and a moonroof.

She is seriously the nicest thing I've ever owned. Ever.

How funny, our 3rd car for the boys is a 98 Ford Explorer. We are crossing our fingers it lasts until the oldest gets out of college in May 2014 so he can buy his own car.

And you sound pretty much like me - I've always had old clunkers - I currently have a 98 voyager and windows don't work and we just had to replace the radiator and a bunch of other crap I can't remember LOL.
