My grampie is dying...

I'm so sorry. It is good that you can be there with him at the end. I also lost my grandfather to lung cancer and other complications in May. :(

I'm so sorry, Jennilyn. I went through this a little over 5 years ago with my grampie, too. It's so hard. Huge hugs!

I'm so sorry hon! It's so hard when we get older because that means our loved ones are getting older as well. I'll pray that your family is comforted during this time. I love ya girl!

So sorry Jennifer. I lost my Nana 10 years ago to cancer and I still miss her every day. You and your family will be in my thoughts.

My grandfather died yesterday morning at 5:10am...18 hours after I got there. The memorial is Monday at 2, so I am staying here for the rest of the weekend. Had to go shopping for clothes because I had nothing here. I hate clothes shopping. Ugh.

Anyway, the reason I have time (& am actually at my mom's) to update you all is because I am waiting for my lice treatment to work. Yep...noticed I had lice yesterday. Fun fun. So, I had to call my MIL this morning to see if either of the girls were itching. She checked Kristens hair and said she has a ton of them (coming from the woman who overexaggerates EVERYthing), but Kaylee has nothing. So I told her to pick up a treatment and I'd pay her back when I get home. What a time to have to deal with this crap. Hopefully DH can deal with doing the treatment and not screw it up.

Talk to you all again later. I'll be back Monday night.

Oh sweetie, I'm sooo sorry to hear that. Just think of the happy memories and hopefully he's lived a long, fulfilling life. It certainly sounds like he's very loved.

many prayers and sympathies for you and your family. Sorry about the lice too..what a pita at such a bad time :(
