My boss is a total jerk...

No MY boss is a total jerk.
I told her the other day that her scheduling sucks, which it does, and has for a long time...even upper and lower managment AND the HR dept head agrees with.
But she got uber pissed at me and took away my phone, keys and clipboard all of which I need to do my job so that SHE could do it and prove that she was bigger and better than me.
4 of my co-workers have quit AND our sales manager just put in his 2 weeks.

You could do what I did. Put on your sunglasses and pretend you've got an awful migraine (I actually had one, but you can pretend). Mine, who I refer to as my socially inept boss, stayed away the whole day!

I called in sick on Monday with a "migraine" so yesterday I was still "not feeling well". Guess what - he was REALLY nice to me all day. Then today, same mean ol'e grump again...... It would really help if our attorneys and staff did their JOBS and didn't screw up things... 
I really, really wish I could afford to stay home... or at least get another job. I'm paid wayyyyy too well for this area to just change jobs though.

I had a horrid boss for a few years and nearly had a nervous breakdown. It was HORRIBLE. I will never ever allow myself to be put in a position like that again. EVER

I've had a boss like that too. He was awful. One day I just walked out while he was being a total a$$. It was the best feeling ever!!! Oh wait... a better feeling was when I got a new job and he came to see me and pretty much begged me to come back. I got to shoot him down a second time! THAT was the best feeling, lol!!
