Ever had one of those days... you know, days when you try really hard to be the best mom you can be, when speak softly to your children, and try to stay calm through everything, and clean your house to make sure it's nice for your children and husband, etc.? Well, if you are familiar with nieniedialogues.com then you would know how inspiring it can be about motherhood. After reading some stuff on her blog today, it inspired me to be a better mom to my children. She's got it down, I don't. I can't even begin to compare myself to her because I know I will look really bad. Anyway, I tried to be better and calm and everything and why in the world is it that when I try to do this today, my kids seem to be more resistant to me, more challenging, more difficult, talking back to me (even shouting at me - one child in particular), and just really trying my patience? Ladies, I have tried to keep calm and I have done a really good job so far, but I tell ya, if it keeps going on today, I am going to freak out I think. And yes, I am being nice and sweet but firm.
