Most hated household chore?

All of them? lol! I reallllyyy don't like putting up the laundry- I will wash and fold but the putting up part is the worst. And I HATE dishes! I feel like- if I take the time to cook, someone else should be doing the cleaning part.

dishes, food icks me out.

Food icks my husband out too. I mean, he can cook okay but leave something on a dish or, God forbid, it fall in to the sink and he gets grossed out. He'll stand there trying to fish out whatever it is with a spoon instead of just picking it up and throwing it out.

I hate GROCERY SHOPPING more than anything.

This was my mom's least favorite, too. So before I was even old enough to drive, she would drop me off at the grocery store with a list and a blank check (and told me how much it should be around) and pick me up an hour later. It actually really helped me learn to feed a family on a budget and learn how to bargain shop at a young age.

This is awesome! My DH shopped with his mom as a kid too. Great skill.

My grandma (she raised me) would send me to the store with a neighbor who was going to do her own shopping. She'd send a list and a check and I'd do all the shopping. This started when I was about 14. I definitely learned a lot!

We finally have a dish washer after years without so the dishes are not that bad. And we now have nice new washer dryer so laundry isn't that bad.

I think mine would be mopping... my back doesn't like it much. :/

I'm weird, but I don't mind cleaning. It makes me feel good and...clean. I kind of thrive on cleanliness.

Maybe trash. But it's not my job. Or maybe that's why it's not my job. It's my hubby's and I'll just keep letting him do that. :)

I don't like cleaning piles of clutter. It seems like after I do it, it starts over again.

All of it! Seriously, I hate even thinking about cleaning, lol. It doesn't help that my house is sooooo bad right now. I would probably say laundry though. I have a habit of letting it build up and then it overwhelms me. I also hate putting stuff away - like laundry or groceries :D

DISHES! I'd rather do anything than dishes. I'd much rather have a filling or a crown done at the dentist than do the dishes.

Wouldn't you know it, I had to go have a crown done today without even getting out of doing the dishes! :cursing: LOL One of my crowns fell off at 2:30 this morning.

I tend to let mine build up too and then it gets to the point where there isn't a chore I don't mind because each is such a monumental task. My house is actually decent right now but only because I've been working on it the past two weeks. My big problem is I get caught up and then I get sick for some reason and when I'm sick I don't clean and everything gets awful again.

I hate putting stuff away too... I put the cold stuff away when the groceries come in and let the rest sit in bags much longer than I should. I manage to get everything put away before I go to bed but I often fumble through those grocery bags for dinner items. LOL I just dread putting stuff away... and laundry, oh my. Mine isn't bad but the kids'... awful! I hate putting theirs away. DD is 10 now and we've decided she is going to be responsible for washing her own laundry as well as folding and putting away. That just leaves me DS's mess.
