Mini board books in whataburger happy meals!

Ok, so after swim lessons, the kids were "starving" so we hit the nearest drive-thru- Whataburger. We rarely eat that kind of stuff so they were thrilled to get happy meals. They accidentally gave us the toy for kids under 3- a little 4x4 in. 10 page board book (its got a slight wave at the top so it's a bit bigger than that).

Of course, it's some hokey little story, so they have quickly lost interest- and I'm going to alter these babies (don't expect them to look like Megan's board book, but I'm trying! Ha ha!)

I'm not advocating fast food (ok maybe I am) but if you've got to stop, at least you can get some hybrid supples out of the deal!

 How FUN!!! Can't wait to see your books!! I've never altered a book that wasn't blank and I've heard the slick surface of the published books need some roughing up so your pages stick better. Try sanding the surface of the pages before gluing on your prints.

BTW... Yummm...Whataburger! :)

Thanks for the heads up! We eat Whataburger at least once a week for lunch because its the only thing close to my work.

hmm..reckon if i get an A1 burger from them..and bat my eyelashes..they will still give me a book!? haha...thanks for the heads up..and guess where our whataburger is in town..RIGHT by the dollar store and big lots..my favorite scrappin' headquarters...always tons to alter there... :) happy TUESDAY!
