I slept all day but for about 5 hours yesterday am-afternoon-evening (had a dr appt prescheduled to the headache with my neuro for a checkup..so he fixed me up while I was there with a few shots, then my dd had a chorus concert, and I peeked online for about an hour last night after i got ev1 in bed..)
I woke up this am a little hungoverish but I feel pretty good
I think this one was a mix of things..haven't been eating really well (as in healthy) and a mix of no caffeine didn't help. Thankfully since starting Topamax many years ago these are few and far between....but wow when they come they are bad!I totally hear ya! I miss taking Topomax. I stopped last year cause my neuro said you shouldn't be on it too long. How long have you been taking it? I had been taking it 2 years until I stopped and am thinking I'm gonna make another appt to go back on it.
I have only had a shot once for a migraine and that was at the ER. But last week I had one that lasted 8 days and I thought I was gonna die!

I've been on it for almost 5 years (tried Elavil and Depakote before Topamax) and taken it thru 2 pregnancies. I did go of it for a few months and took Inderal bt it didn't help nearly as much (although it kept my BP down lol) My neuro sees me every 6 months and as long as my liver enzymes and tests come back ok he says I can stay on it.
