Masters of Scrap Collab problem

I'm trying to use the coupon code for the participation collab (love it--thanks!), but I'm getting an error message that the coupon is expired or not valid. I'm signed in and have another product in my cart. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hey Rachel!

Do you have the collab in your cart too? This one isn't auto-added like others usually are, so you have to have the kit and another product in your cart for it to work. It will also probably add the featured designer kit and sixlet to your cart when you put it in there but those should go away when you apply the coupon. Let me know if that helps!

I have the collab in my cart, and it automatically added the other 2. When I use the coupon on the cart page, it gives me the error message I mentioned. When I use it on the checkout page, the "please wait" message spins for a long time and it doesn't seem to advance past that. Thanks, Robin!

Hey Rachel...

Maybe you were typing the code wrong? I just accessed your account from the admin side of the site, applied the code and it took the price of the collab down like it was supposed to. Will you log into your account and double check it now?

The kit is exclusive to participants in Scrapaneers' Masters of Scrap competition. Each scrapper who registered for the event received a welcome email with special offers from the sponsors of the contest including a link to We Are Creative!
