OK so I got a brand new spanking laptop a few days ago and I finally have our network working so that I can scrap on it!!! :w00t:
Unfortunately it has Vista and I had to give up my beloved PSE3 and use my PSE6, but I can't figure out how to get those marching ants around a layer!!! Not sure if it's the difference is because of the laptop or the PSE6!!!
In PSE3 I would just ctrl click the layer but that doesn't seem to be working in PSE6 on the laptop!!!
I tried googling but nothings coming up!!!!!
