I am up to chapter 21 so I started coming back here and looking at the spoilers.
I have been to group therapy only once.... after my boys' father died in 2017 (we had been divorced for a few years by then, and he was remarried), I took the two youngest who were still living at home to a place called the Center for Grieving Children. They had a parents' group there too, so I took part in that. It was really beneficial to help me process the loss and figure out how to best help the boys.
