Finish my 2 layouts I have left for the challenges and then TAKE A NAP!!!!!

Seriously though, I really need to find my Yoga DVD and do it!!!
 
tomorrow i will go to the gym even if it kills me and it just might kill me...now i didn't say how long i would stay...
 
Be careful with that one. I decided to do that 2 weeks ago - the headaches JUST went away as of yesterday...mind you I drank 3-4 cokes a day and stopped cold turkey.


God help my husband! LOL.
I get really cranky without my sugar/caffeine fix but the soda's gotta really go.
 
Aggie it's really better if you slowly stop drinking it though. You'll get caffeine withdrawal migraines and it's really not worth it, I promise. Been there, done that.
 
Provided I can get the massive pain behind my eye to go away by morning, I'm going to do a Turbo Jam DVD. If not, I'm at least going to keep up with what I've done the last 2 days- count WW points (<25), no soda, and lots of water!!
 
I'm totally serious...cut back gradually over a week or so...don't stop completely all of a sudden. It'll be living hell, not just for your hubby. ;)

I average around 1-2 cans a day (I drink one every morning when I get to work to help me "work", kwim?) Maybe Ill drink one a day for now.

I'm actually doing good with it, Manda! :) A little rocky on points for a few things 'cuz I don't have any guides (the online thing is very tempting), but for now I'll stick to google searches until I get tired of it. LOL

tomorrow I'm going to try to get more school work done than I did today! Today was BAD! AND, I need to get back into the workout mode. I was doing good for a while but 2 weeks have gone by now and I haven't done much of anything!
 
I resolve to do some stomach crunches, leg lifts, ANYTHING remotely physical, besides the "put tostitos in hand, dip in cheese, put in mouth" exercise I've been doing.
 
Tomorrow? Let's see.... I'm going to get my rear out of this chair and organize this office.
