Mac Users - help with an annoying new thing?

Lately every time I move or delete things in Finder I have to put in my password or use Touch ID to allow it. I cannot figure out how to turn this setting off ... any ideas???

Did you do a recent software upgrade? Sometimes when that happens, your account isn't set as admin and you have to re-enable your admin rights. If that doesn't fix it, it can be fixed its just a little more complicated. LOL.

So it says 'Admin' next to my name in Users ... any other suggestions? It doesn't happen every time, just sometimes, with certain designer's products.
