Hey Hey Sweetie Pies! Here at The Sweet Shoppe, we just LOVE to see what you guys are doing with the lovely goodies in our store! :wub:

Lover's Lane is a celebration of the FANTASTIC layouts that the Designers and Babes are finding in our travels into the gallery, we are getting so inspired and think that you will be too! Keep an eye on this thread all week long and check out who's standing out as the staff goes through and adds more and more delicious layouts!

Note: Please feel free to comment in this thread and love on the layouts that we are featuring, but note that this thread is for the Sweet Shoppe Staff to recognize layouts in the gallery, so let us inspire YOU and pick the layouts!

My Standout for the week is this absolutely STUNNING layout by scrappy_donna:



All the detail in this layout is so amazing, from her layering, to the little bike and house! My favorite part are the banners which meet to draw attention across the layout to her fabulous photos!
 
So excited about Lover's Lane!!!

I found this amazing layout by Litabells in the gallery this morning and couldn't help but want to share it with you all.



I just love all the layering here and the photo strip with the repeating photos is so fun. Thanks for inspiring me to add more depth of layers to my pages!
 
Okay... let me preface this by saying I did NOT pick this one because it uses a collab of mine. LOL! I almost told myself not to pick it because of that. But then I took a second look and decided that I was too much in love. Here's my fav for this week from terrab:



I love the softness to this page... yet there is still so much on it! It's all perfectly placed, though. I love how the photos are prominent and how the kit compliments them. And I love the kraft paper background that softens it all up and pulls it all together. And the tab. Yum! Love the tabby-thingy with it's little "pop" of black. LOL!
 
Oh my goodness! Thank you so much Nicole. You made my day. These pages are outstanding. I'm really looking forward to being inspired by this thread. Such a great idea.
 
I am totally in love with this page by Kelleanne. I love the graphic feel to it, the background paper she chose, the slightly desaturated photo... Just perfect!
 
I love seeing other scrappers AAM pages and this one is just fabulous. Just Me by neeceebee is just beautiful with all the soft colors and bold wordart.
 
I love this one by hollyxann. I always struggle with layering papers and making it look the way I want. This is a great example of doing it right! And, that photo is just sweet! Gorgeous!

I LOVE this page by MaryInAZ, besides having the perfect kit for her layout, her page is full of depth and the layering is wonderful!

I love that instead of burying the unpleasant things that happen to us, she stood up to the not accepted letter by doing a whole page for PL! You go, girl! Please don't give up - you will get into a program!!

I love all the layers and shadow work..makes this page look like you can just touch each layer of the layout
 
I think you all know how much I looove large photos on a layout! This layout by Natalie totally caught my eye. The sweet girls are all coordinating in denim outfits and it such a fun photograph. Natalie's titlework and clustering is amazing too! Beautiful work :wub:
