Losing weight?

Let's brag about it here. I've been doing really well, but today for some reason I am struggling and keep thinking about that bag of Reese's Valentine Hearts I bought on clearance and hid way in the back of the freezer lol.

So..since Ella was born I've

lost - 33 lbs
to go - 20 lbs

Anyone else losing?

Ive lost 12 lbs since Jan. 8 from regular exercise and watching what I eat.
I've done really horrible this past week though, gotta get back in the gym tomorrow after work.

lol candy is eevil.

I've lost 46lbs so far... the past couple months have been super sluggish with the WL though. I have no idea how many more I want to lose. It varies day to day by how much I hate myself hahahahahah... anywhere from 13- 28 more lbs.

I dont know exactly how much I lost because I do not own a scale but I know I went from a size 12 being kinda tight to some of my size 10's fitting loose. There are still some 10's that are a little snug but none of my size 12's fit anymore so that is a good sign. I would LOVE to be able to wear some of my size 7 jeans again but I doubbt thatll happen anytime soon LOL.

I can't even buy the candy cuz I can't resist... especially reese's peanut butter!

Today is the end of week 3 for me. I weigh in tomorrow so I'm not sure how much I lost this week, but as of last Monday I was down 9.5 lbs.

I have pretty quiet about this but I had weight loss surgery a week ago tomorrow. I had to do a liquid diet before that and over all I have lost 15lbs so far. 85 more for me to be at my personal goal. :( I have a ways to go but this was the tool (surgery) I needed. I feel really good even being this short post-op. I am determined to get healthy. :) It has been awful having to resist all the food around here since I have came home from surgery. I almost ate a damn mini marshmellow yesterday and that was just out of habit. I am on all liquids right now and will slowly adding foods back in starting this coming week. But the smells of the "real" food are torture. *sigh* It is worth it though....I will get to eat that stuff again soon.

Since Claire was born - 17 pounds (I only gained 7 during pregnancy)
I still want to lose 20 more pounds :) Now I'm off to drink my IC Mocha that I decided to treat myself to today!! LOL

Oh and way to go everyone!! That's awesome about all the weight loss!!

I've lost over 22 lbs since Oct and I fit into clothes I haven't worn in 10 years that are prebaby. I try to motivate others with a weekly exercise check-in post but no one is checking in. I give myself a cheat day which is Sunday so on Sunday I can forget about calories a little and reward myself. I think the main thing is to have a balance. If you eat some Reese's just workout extra or something to minus the calories or watch the rest of what you eat for the day.

Good for you Nikki!!! Keep up the good work!

You all are doing great! My treadmill is on it's way, yea!! So, hopefully soon I can join you all in the losing.

Yay Nikki! Course just to warn you, the second time is a little harder once you get to the 10lb part. I get back to PPW and then back up those 10 lbs! And with us have being sick for the last 3 weeks, I'm back up.
So now that I'm healthy again, guess what I did?! Tripped in the parking lot yesterday and busted my knee bad. My own clutsiness no one's fault, but man now I can't go back to the gym for a few more days. And I'm gonna be in a bathing suit this week for our trip to Great Wolf, so yeah, not gonna love that!

I need a kick in the butt..I've lost about 1/2 the weight since having Teaghan 10 months ago..I need to drop about 15 more lbs to be where I want to be...I don't think I'll see my 4-6's ever again though. This last pregnancy left me with hips lol

Congrats on the weight loss!

Big congrats to all of you who have been losing! I desperately want to lose some weight too - Buttmunch is even picking up a treadmill on his way home from his gig today, so I'm super excited about really getting serious now. It's just soooooo hard sometimes to resist the bad stuff. I gotta do it, though - I'm so tired of having no energy and not liking what I see in the mirror.

I've been dieting for about 2 weeks now & have lost 9 pounds! WOOHOO!!!! I have about 35 left to go!
Great job ladies keep it up!

Wow...we should like add up all our pounds lost when we're done and see how much it totals lol

I'm only 5 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight...I'm shooting for 15 beyond that though b/c I was needing to lose that anyway. It feels good though knowing that DH will be home in 2 weeks and I've already lost pretty much all of my baby weight. Now if I could just make these stretch marks disappear lol.

LOL Nikki! How true!

I also had weight loss surgery, but mine was done on December 1st. Since then I've lost 60 lbs and I seriously get so excited when I think about it. I feel better than I've felt in probably 10 years and I love that I can wear my "normal size" clothes again. I still have about 54 lbs I want to lose but hey, I've lost 60 lbs in 2 1/2 months. That's incredible! I never thought I'd be one who didn't want to eat!

I was doing pretty good going to the gym and maintaining my 35lb loss but for some reason this month has killed me. I have gain about 5lbs back and have only gone to the gym 3 time this month. Everyone here has been sick at some point in time this month. Not to mention the amount of candy and goodies that have floated in and out of this house!

I've lost 17 since October. I've kind of been on a break since right before Christmas and working on maintaining. I want to lose about 50 more. I do wii fit, we cheer!, hannah montana, and go to the gym when all the kids are well.

WOW!!! I was down 17 lbs, but have gained 3 back. I lost it following a VERY strict weight loss plan. I had to take a few weeks off as I just wasn't feeling well. Today I'm back on 100%.

I've lost 20 pounds in the last few months. I have more to lose and hope to be at my goal by summer!

And Kristin... uh, ya you kept that quiet! ((hugs)) Wish you all the best sweetie. :) You can do it!

I just started WW on Thursday. I'm determined to do well. I did WW about 15 years ago and lost 25 pounds and kept it off until I had kids. I know this will work best for me. DH is being very supportive as well :) Although, those pesky Girl Scout Cookies came home two days before I decided to take the plunge. Maybe I should have waited another couple weeks before starting.

And way to go all you ladies who are doing so great with your weight loss. In a few months I hope to be right up there with you!

WAY TO GO Y'ALL!

Am down 4 sizes since August, and am finally starting to feel a bit more of the sassy me a'comin' back without having to coax her out all the time, KWIM?

Something fun - get a make-up consultation from one of those gorgeous doll face cosmeticians at Nordstrom or the like - wowzers - what a great weight loss reward! and you learn even more tricks to make you look even better!

I started out great in January and lost 10 lbs. Now I'm only maintaining and haven't lost any more...ugh...but I know it's because I stopped watching what I eat.

I am still running though and ending Week 7 of the Couch to 5K tomorrow, so I think that is helping.

Great job on the weight loss, everyone!

Lauren is 8 weeks old now, and I've only lost about 1/2 of the 30 lbs I gained while pregnant. :cursing: With my first 2 I lost it all easily by 6 weeks, but that's clearly not going to happen this time. I should have believed my OB when she told me that it gets harder to lose after the 3rd.

The good news is that I'm FINALLY back in non-maternity jeans. They look terrible, but it's the push I needed to get serious. So as of yesterday I'm back to trying hard to lose. For now my goal is the pregnancy weight and 20 additional pounds. Eventually I want to lose 20 beyond that, but given my past weight loss experiences I suspect I'll have to wait until my kids are a bit older and I have more time to really work on it. (I refuse to give up my scrapping time for extra workout time because scrapping is my sanity saver, LOL.)

Wow, congrats to everyone!! I am down 13 pounds since mid January, but have had a bad week, I am PMS'ing and just want bad carbs so badly! I am not giving up though, each day I start off trying my best to stick it out.

good job everyone! i'm so proud reading this thread! look at us all taking control of our lives!

so since april 08 i've lost almost 40 pounds (i guess 37 to be exact), and since the begining of this year i've lost 6 pounds... man those were slow going, the very end is the hardest i think. Pretty much, I've met my GOAL woo!

too bad meeting my goal weight doesn't magically solve all my problems... LOL i think i was secretly hoping it would! :p

Oh boy! I can't wait until this coming summer when I can say that! I've been gaining weight- but then again, I'm pregnant! :)
Once I recover from my c-section I'll be able to start losing again! Luckily, though, I haven't gained that much since being pregnant- but I can't wait until spring so I can bring my son for walks and keep that pregnancy weight-gain down :)

Great job ladies! And good luck to those who wanna lose!!!

I have been losing, but not so well for the last couple of months when things have been too busy at work to work out. Can't wait until its nice outside again and I can just run in the morning before work. I still have 20 pounds left to lose (though it might be more now that I haven't been really working on it the last couple of months).

Yay! Congrats on the weight loss ladies!!! :)

I have lost 23 pounds since Christmas. I am not exercising (yet), but am eating better... very little refined carbs, chicken/turkey vs. beef... whole grains, etc.

My dd is going to be a year old in April, and she is still nursing a LOT, so still need to eat enough calories to maintain my milk supply.

I still have a loong way to go before I am in a healthy weight...I have been a size 14+ for about 10 years. I weighed 259 :crying: right before dd was born. I lost 20 pounds right away... but not much after that. So, at Christmas, I was 240... now I am 217, and goal is around 150-ish.

But I have gone from size 20 jeans to size 16 in less than 3 months!
