Here are a few that I did:

and then I've done several "my favorites" kind of layouts. I did a lot of interview ones of my parents a few years ago and made a book. I'm so glad I did. My mom has alzheimers and it's so fun to read her answers from a few years ago. She actually wrote the answers on paper too...something she wouldn't be able to do at all now.
