Look who started school today!

You may remember back in September, I was really worried about my 4yr old refusing to potty train. I was so worried he'd be late for kindergarten next year.

Since I'm off work for a bit, I gave myself the month of October to commit to potty training. By the 2nd week he was done. No accidents, no issues. No going back.

I called the community center to see about registering him for Pre-K in January. They said "We have 2 spots left now". 2 weeks later & Jamie's suddenly in school. I was holding my breath all morning to see how it would go. He had a great time. There are 3 teachers for 16 kids & it's a beautiful campus.

It's just amazing how things work out sometimes.

It took me until my son was two months from being four to get him potty trained. He was stubborn!! Glad it worked out for you :)
 
That is amazing!! So glad for you all that it worked out that way! (Plus this gives me hope that my youngest may indeed potty train someday!)
 
woohoo! Congrats!

My 3rd son was the same way.... I was so upset, thought he'd never get to school.... then a month before his 5th birthday he just did it and never had an issue with it, I go by the theory that he always 'could' be he had to want to do it on his terms. I was on edge his first week of school but he did great.

So glad your sons enjoying it!
