Thanks -- my little one is only 18 months but I am trying to get her into crafts now!! LOL. She LOVES to color and draw all the time which is a start. So much fun!

That IS cute! Gosh the teacher is good isn't she. It would quite a responsibility looking after a classroom size amount of caterpillars. I'd be scared I kill one and have to explain to the child what happened

That is freaking CUTE! Is it grass seed? I have to try this with my dd, she'd love it. We planted a bean seed in a paper cup and that sucker has grown into a good sized plant! They love that stuff.

Now that I have read all the replies and saw that some of you were wonder how it was made, I bet it's a knee high filled with mulch/miracle grow and grass seeds. It would be "tight knit" that the stuffing wouldn't fall out but "loose" that the grass could easily grow through!!

Now I can't wait to see Penny's reply to see how the teacher made it!!! :thumbup:
