My husband was making some blueberry muffins earlier. Not all that complicated. Its a muffin mix he was using to make them. Soo all he had to do was add eggs and milk and mix it up. Well I got the muffin mix from a warehouse club store so its a big box and it has enough for three loaves or like 3 dozen muffins but they are in seperate pack so you only have to make one pack at a time. He followed the directions for TWO PACKS!!! Two packs called for two eggs and one pack called for one egg. So I get it out of the oven and they are super moist. They are totally cooked through though and Im thinking this is weird they should not be so moist still. Until I taste it and I realize what he did. I ask him how many eggs he used and he says "two, why?" I get the box and show him and he says no look it says add two eggs and then I say yea if you made TWO PACKS!! LMAO. I guess it was a nice gesture though. Just not such a great outcome. They taste like bread soaked in eggs. Honestly you can't really even taste the blueberry. He said he's going to make some more later on.
