Let's have a "Thankful" thread today...

Love this idea!! :)

I am thankful that even though I have a really bad cold right now, that is the only thing "wrong" with me. I am healthy and so is my family.

I'm thankful for my Lord who is still on the throne and has allowed this for some reason and some purpose that I don't understand. I can deal with it because of my faith and because goverment is not my God.
I love my family and am thankful for all I've been given.

I'm thankful for Nikki starting this thread that just gave me lots of warm fuzzies.

I'm thankful for a hot shower, warm blankets, clothes to wear, food to eat, a safe place to sleep, the ability to read and write, electricity in my home, a car to drive, a wonderful husband and baby I wasn't sure I'd ever get to have, and all of the other things I have that I take for granted on a daily basis.

I am also thankful for Nikki starting this thread

I'm thankful for a warm, sunny Fall day!
I'm thankful for a good job!
I'm thankful for a happy, healthy family!
And most importantly....

I'm thankful for Diet Coke! :D

I am thankful that, although I am 34 years old, my 18year old classmates choose to be my friends.

I am thankful that I stayed up so late last night that I had a fit of hysterical laughter in Communications Class today, and my 18 year old friends were right there with me (seriously, tears streaming down my face kind of laughter, had to leave the room and wipe the tears while hiccuping- kind of laughter)

I am thankful for the friends that I have made her, who get my jokes and tell me how wierd I am.

I am thankful that my teenagers still like me.

I am thankful that there is a Dunkin Donuts on every corner, that you can order 2 of the exact same coffees, and still get a variety in your order. You know what I am talking about.

Thanks, Nikki, for this thread!

I am thankful for my faith and for my Savior.
I am thankful for my husband who loves me and sacrifices every single day to make sure that our family is taken care of.
I am thankful for my parents who are supportive and loving & are the best grandparents in the world, even from a long distance.
I am grateful for the pretty white snow that is falling outside my window right now.
I am even more grateful that I have a cozy little home to live in and a great gas heater to keep me warm!
I am thankful for my two beautiful little girls, even if one of them has thrown up on me 14 times today. (not kidding. 14 times in the last 12 hours.)
I am thankful that Hannah decided to sleep 12 hours last night so that I could actually sleep when Ainsley slept.
I am thankful for the opportunity I have to go back to school to finish my degree.
I am thankful for one car that runs and is still under warranty!
