...well OK, maybe not the dark side so much as the purple side. :D I'm a firm believer that there needs to be more beautiful purple kits in the store. I have 2 girls, who wear a lot of pink and purple. Now I have plenty of pink kits to scrap with, but often struggle to find just the right shade of purple in a kit.

I wish listed this kit as soon as I saw it. Purple has always been my favorite color but sadly not so much for Cheyanne :crying: She never wears purple, and when she does it's a plum color. I'm still buying this kit for me - I'm hoping some day I'll have more uses for it :D
 
I can't wait to have time to scrap using this kit! It's so gorgeous and I think it's perfect for scrapping those precious baby photos too.
 
This kit is on my wishlist! I never use purple on a layout. Well, I think I have two or three layouts that I've ever done that have purple on them, but it's just bits of the color. When I saw the kit, I immediately thought of using it for baby layouts. And maybe for a layout about me :) I'm looking forward to branching out and scrapping with purple!!
 
On the wish list! It was the color of our wedding all those years ago so I hoard anything with lavender just in case I ever go back to scrap the wedding!

I would love more true purple, Crayola purple kits. Unparalleled by Traci is one of the few. Our school colors are purple and gold and its always a struggle!
 
This one is in my wishlist, too! I'm not a huge purple fan, but this kit is gorgeous and those LOs reaffirm that :)
 
Oh Amy, thank you for reminding me...our colors were periwinkle and pale yellow. This kit would be perfect for wedding pictures...gorgeous layouts ladies!
 
No need to win me over, I've been in love with this kit from the first moment I set eyes on it. This is exactly the shade of purple that is almost never featured in kits, so I'm very grateful to Kristin to have created this beauty.
 
You know, I've never done a purple layout. Time to try something new! Kristin's kit is gorgeous. Chloe's not really a flowery girl though, and neither am I. =/ Traci's kit would be great, and I could probably make it work for a page about my son too. I wish I had seen this kit last weekend when everything was on sale. Gah!

All these layouts are beautiful. You girls here are so talented. :) Tanyia, I love those pictures of your daughter!
 
SO funny you post this...last night I spent a good amt of time going through the store looking for purple kits. The Lavender Fields kept coming up...love it!

That's funny! I wonder why though. Everything in this thread...the kits and the layouts....are awesome. Your Unparalleled kit is in my wish list (and I'm too impatient to keep kits in my wish list for long).

I said further up that Unparalleled looks versatile enough to scrap either of my kids (one boy, one girl), and I just now thought of something else....where I live people go crazy for the Baltimore Ravens. And the Ravens colors? Purple and black. Um, yeah, this kit's gonna have to come out of my wish list so I can do some pages of my kids in their Raven's jerseys. :thumbup:

And, I wonder why they don't sell... seems like in our "getting to know you" videos everyone's favorite color is PURPLE. It's my favorite color and my DD wears it all the time.

I do buy purple kits! In fact it was a purple paper in one of KCB's kits that first caught my attention and brought me to shop at the Sweet Shoppe! I'm always on the lookout for a new "purple" kit for my stash.

That is so fascinating Traci! I wonder why? Any thoughts? I'm glad you took a chance on Unparalleled because I love it and its one of my few sources of true purple for our school colors! I hope your son keeps it as his favorite for a long time!

BTW. Have you been glued to these forums over the last few days? And on your birthday too?!

I LOVE purple kits too! My oldest is rather obsessed with the color. I loved working with KCB's and Traci's purple kit!!

Kristin's new kit is on my wishlist, but it's too elegant for the very casual purple pics I have in my "to scrap" folder. I'm waiting for the right picture, then I'll get Kristin's. I think I need to stage a few photos soon...

yes I bought this kit specifically for when my grandaughter arrives. I thought I posted here already but I guess not. I have Traci's kit too which I love but have not gotten around to using yet. I am actually working on an Excel spread sheet to list all my kits and mark off the ones I have used because I have wayyyyy to many sitting there unused and yet keep buying more LOL
