Sorry if you already read this....but, I will be leaving in 3 days to Europe! I have been running around like a lunatic getting everything ready for my In Laws for the kids. Making frozen meals, cleaning house, making chore charts and lists of everything in my freezers!

I will not be bringing my computer or my cell phone. We are also back packing it. So only bringing what will fit into it for our 2 week trip! I am pretty excited.

We leave on Saturday morning out of Sea-tac flying to NYC. From there we take another plane that will fly us into Belgium where we will be spending 3 days there at a BnB inside Theatre du Vaudeville http://www.theatreduvaudeville.be/en/madameloulou.html (not what we were expecting actually but when we contacted the place we were originally staying they said they couldn't take us now and that their neighbors could up us up for 80 euro's at the theatre so we will be doing that now). On the 4th of July we will be flying to Budapest and spending 3 days there with our friends Steve and Farrah and their Daughter Jasmine. From there we will take a car service into Romania and spend a few days with Steve's Family. Then from there onto Dublin, Ireland where we will get in as much sightseeing as we can in 2 days. Then we get back on the 16th.

I am sure I will have the worst Jet lag ever when I get home but it's going to be a trip of a life time and I can't wait to share all the photos we take when we get back.

Wish me luck.

Oh gosh. That sounds like such an amazing trip. I can't wait to see pictures. Have a wonderful time and enjoy being unplugged!

Have fun! My sister and brother-in-law just got back from a 3-week biking trip across parts of Belgium, Switzerland, France, and Italy. They LOVED Belgium and said the people there were so friendly and the countryside gorgeous.

have an awesome trip! I will be doing this in October when DH and I go to London/Paris and my dad will come keep the kids for 4 days and my IL's will keep them the rest of the time. May need to get your freezer meal ideas from you! :)

Have a great trip Kim! Can't wait to hear about it and see pics!

If we weren't leaving on vacay ourselves, I would have totally been up for it to meet you! I'm in Belgium! If you have time, you should really visit the city of Bruges, it's so beautiful.
Definitely buy some Belgian chocolates too! From the brand Leonidas!
Have a fun trip!

Thanks ladies! I am super excited about the whole thing. Hubby and I have never gone this long away from the kids so its going to be an adventure for everyone.

Amber: I made a few things, lasagna, chicken enchiladas, meatloaf and a chicken tetrazzini hopefully the kids will survive without me. LOL

Kim: Total bummer you will be away while I am there it sure would have been fun to have a meet up! I believe my husband has Bruges on the list! And of course chocolate is a must! My husband is also planning a lot of beer tastings. Sadly I can't drink Belgium Beer anymore it reacts super bad with my GERD and I feel like my entire heart is being ripped out of my chest so I sadly have to stay away from it. :( But hopefully they will have some good Stouts I can try. :)

Squeeee soooo excited!!!! LOL

The Belgium country side is gorgeous! I would love to bike there. Some pretty steep hills though. When I was there, it seemed that everyone was biking. I think it is a pretty common, yet serious thing there. Our driver told us that they have marathon's quite regularly. Everyone I met was extremely nice.

I am dying to go back to Europe, so I am a little jealous, but still wishing you the best time ever.
