You can ask my friends to tell you about me...I've paid them good money to make me look really awesome. :)

Hopefully, they will tell you that I have a fun sense of humor, that I appreciate my team members, that I understand and encourage both the creative and marketing aspects of creative teams, and that I try my best to keep our little "home" a place that fosters creativity, good sportsmanship, and genuine friendships.

I keep my requirements minimal...asking you to only scrap with the products that inspire you to do your best work. While it's not required, I do especially appreciate the artists that enjoy playing the praise game, responding to ISO threads, sharing on their blogs, etc. It is irrelevant to me whether you create pages for your memory books or purely for aesthetics or creative fulfillment, but I do look to balance the styles of scrappers on the team.

If you think you'd like to come join our wonderful little team, then please answer the following questions and send them to CTcallATkrystalhartleyDOTcom.

  1. Are you applying for layout artist, hybrid artist, or a possible administrative opportunity?
  2. Are you interested in full-time, guest, or freelance work? If you want to be a guest, are there certain months that will not work for you?
  3. Tell me about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit on my team.
  4. Link me up to your BEST gallery. This is the gallery that should show me your favorite pages and where you have worked hardest to get your pages noticed.
  5. Link me up to your favorite layout and tell me why it's your fave.
  6. Tell me about your CT experience(s). How many teams are you on? What are the requirements like? What are your favorite and least favorite parts about being a CTM? List at least one designer as a reference.
  7. Tell me about how you generally promote the designers with whom you work.

I think that's about it. As I mentioned earlier, I am looking for a variety of scrap styles, promotional abilities, etc. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! :)
 
Yay!!! I can't wait to see who comes to play with us!!! Krystal is fab to work for and all the other girlies are such fun. :)

Okay....who else is stalking their emails and the forum waiting for the announcement?

I am such a nut.........I need to get a life........LOL:p

It will probably be later in the week before you hear anything. Last time, I sent invites as I weeded through all the applications, but that turned out to be not such a good idea 'cause people talk (gasp) and then assumed if they hadn't heard from me yet that they weren't getting an invitation. So, I think I'm going to wait and send out emails all together (well, as "together" as I can responding to them individually).
