No ideas for you... but that's a really cute photo! Was she in the "I won't show my teeth" phase that my boys have all gone through?

So much blue! Seems like most of the kits have blue in them and for some reason, I have an aversion to blue for these photos. :/

Yep, she quit showing her teeth at about age 7 and didn't show them again until she got her braces last December. Poor kid was really self conscious.
