Kit Help - 6th grade Project

My daughter has to put together a 72 hour Emergency Preparedness backpack. We're going to go shopping today to get all of the supplies (flashlight, firstaid kit, water, granola bars, etc.)

I want to take pictures of her doing this project. Can you think of any kits that would be good for this? Thanks so much!!
