Kindle Cheap Book Recommendations

I was reading a book from ebooknovel last week (Divine By Blood) and it was FULL of spelling mistakes especially L's(especially would be especial y etc) and it really annoyed me so that's why I'm going to cancel lol. I bought a few books from Amazon when I got my Kindle so I'll have them to read if I do lose the books I downloaded from ebooknovel.

Not sure if anyone mentioned Inkmesh. I use it to see what new Nook books are free. They update all the time -- sometimes hourly -- with the newest free books. There is a kindle section, too. I figure it must be the same as the Nook section... except for Kindle. Most of the stuff is crap, but I do find some good books on there that aren't normally free.

On the legit front, they say that everytime a book is downloaded a % is paid to the publisher. I don't know how to verify that, and I have assumed they would have been shut down by now if they weren't legit. But I can totally understand people having reservations. That's why I looked for their explanation, didn't want to be downloading anything illegally!

I purchased a lifetime membership on the thought that as long as I download 12 books, I've got my money worth if they do go belly up (assuming most ebooks sell for $10ish).

The site is definitely set out badly and hard to navigate. If your a member having trouble, make sure your logged in and you should see a forum halfway down, I think called ebooks (sorry on my phone so this is from memory). That's where you download from. Hope that helps.

Definitely not a site for everyone, it's annoying, frustrating and time consuming. But for the price I've been happy with it.

Don't know if you will be able to use this link, but it has some pretty good Kindle deals on it. Some are free and some are really cheap.

Also, this link is to Free classics and out-of-copyright, pre-1923 books available for Kindle

I really don't know why they must make it hard for Canada to download the ebooks. Really, if you buy a Kindle from them, then all books on the amazon.com site should be open for you to buy :)
