keyboard not working in PS cS3?

I made a page a little while ago , everything was fine. Then I went and cleaned awhile, typed some in Word, then went to make another page and my keyboard shortcuts, etc are not working now? they work in every application but CS3? Any ideas?

but really. reboot. that's happened to me before and that is what fixed it.

mine fouls up if i leave the caps lock on.
