(01) I'm finally back to the land of the living after battling an upper respiratory/sinus infection for a week and a half. OMG. Sickest I've been in my whole life. Wallowed in my own filth on the couch and missed a week of work. Couldn't take 'the good stuff' because of Peanut and can't take pills b/c I'm a freak... PTL for amoxycillin. I seriously contemplated homicide when I woke up every other morning or so, puking up phlegm and stomach juice and not able to breathe, and Jeff slept through the whole ordeal, snoring his non-pregnant butt off in the bed. I slept for six hours IN A ROW WITHOUT WAKING UP (which has not happened since December) last night, so he's off the chopping block for now...
(02) ...which is good since we finally got our collective act together & are getting married at the end of this month! My mother is so relieved that she will not have to tell her Catholic schoolteacher coworkers that her unwed daughter is knocked up with no plans to wed that she's volunteered to pay for it. *lol* A Sunday morning. 35-40 of our nearest and dearest. The same garden in my hometown where Jeff proposed to me. Lunch after at one of my favorite restaurants with CHEESECAKE.
Life is good.
