Did you ever receive a response from customer service about your missing order?

I e-mailed them 2 or 3 days ago and still have not received a response and their forums are down now. :(
 
Kat, let me know if you get through. I've tried for the last two nights, it rings, plays music for about 3 minutes, goes dead, and then you are disconnected. over and over. I wrote them 2 days ago about my calendars that have been missing since nov 16th and got a really snarky response. :(
 
I haven't been able to get through yet. It's 7:17 PST right now... :( I really hope they do something soon! I am going to be very upset if I don't get my calendars I paid for.

I just sent another e-mail too.

I haven't been able to get through for 3 days. I asked about that in my email and they ignored it. I'm not getting any of my calendars for christmas. I was basically told, too bad.
 
ugh and now I am annoyed.. my other two calendar orders said shipped, and I asked about them, and they said they weren't shipped, and I said that my order status said shipped.. and now my order status says processing. Bah.

I am going to get nasty if I have to write again. If they aren't going to ship my calendars then I want my money back... NOW!!!

I'm wondering if their 6.99 calendar deal totally overwhelmed them? I ordered some prints on 11/30 and received them this week. I ordered some other stuff (key rings, playing cards & coasters) that supposedly shipped on 12/8. I've not heard a word about my calendars though.
 
I ordered my Calendars Thanksgiving weekend... I got them last week, but I only got 2 of the 3. I emailed them once, waited three days, didn't hear anything.

Then I called, got the music for a few minutes, then disconnected.

I emailed again, and they replied fast, and shipped me my missing calendar. So I'm ok... I'm lucky though because the 2 calendars I got were for the inlaws, and the one missing was the one with the dates for our family. So I'm glad it was ours that got lost. Although, I have NO IDEA how you lose 1 of 3 calendars. I don't think they had any idea of how it happened, and I didn't ask.

My second email wasn't so nice, it wasn't completely mean...but it wasn't nice ;).

We reply email in 24-48 hours, please be more patient.

May I know which three calendars you are missing in the order?

I gave them 3 days to respond to my FIRST e-mail!!!!!! :cursing: And, they are all the same freakin' calendar. I just ordered 4 copies!!!
 
Ugh. I ordered my calendars Nov 16th, they still aren't here, and the replacements they supposedly shipped already aren't here either. Sigh.
 
when did you order your calendars, lucrecia?

I ordered calendars this week, so I knew I'd not likely get them by Christmas - I don't want to never get them though!

The things I have received were just prints, 50 5x7 Christmas cards and 2 12 x 18.
 
Oh, great, I ordered a ton of stuff and have everything except the calendars. I ordered them like November 28th, I sure hope I get them.
 
Has anyone received anything lately? I got an e-mail yesterday saying my calendars had shipped but I'm not getting my hopes up (even if they did they probably wouldn't make it by Christmas)
 
I am still waiting on my replacement calendar that has said processing for over a week. It's my calendar but I sure hope it arrives before the new year.:glare:
 
They told me that there is no problem with their phone system, that other people get through just fine. Whatever. They said my replacement calendars shipped dec 4th, which I find hard to believe, but they are not here yet.
 
We get toys from China a lot (DH collects action figures and also electronic gadgets) and on a good week it takes 8-10 days for something to get here...but at Christmas, it's probably going to take a few extra days.

I'm bummed because I planned wrong, and it's not their fault if mine don't get here before we leave, but they better be darned good! LOLOL
 
I just received an e-mail saying that they have reprocessed my order and I should receive it in 8-12 days. Of course I probably won't get them before Christmas. :cursing::cursing::cursing:
 
Okay my reprocessed calendars were shipped Dec 3rd according to the sticker, and they came today. I'm not all that happy with them, but this one is just for me and then one I accidentally ordered, so whatever. Now if the ones for my mom and brother would get here, I'd be happy, but seeing as how they were shipped today, I'm going to go with no. LOL

The ones that came today have weird colored marks on some of the grid pages, like maybe the tops weren't dry all the way when the calendar was put together, and some of the top prints are really dark.
