Jake got a job!

I'm so excited... my first kid to get a real job (Johnny has done commissioned animation work, but never a consistent job)

Anyway, he got hired at the movie theater and has worked 2 shifts and really likes it. He is actually going to work on Christmas, but doesn't go in till 4:00 and get's time and a half, so he's not complaining!

AND... I get to watch movies for free, as long as they're not sold out. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

We see a lot of movies, so I'm thinking this is a win-win for all of us, lol! Our theater has these amazing seats that totally recline like a La-Z-Boy. It's better than being at home.

My oldest worked at the movie theatre until he went to college this fall. He and a friend could go for free - he was quite spoiled and it's hard for him to pay to see a movie now!
