to have a boy AND a girl to scrap :p

I mean..I used to just drool over all the beautiful girl kits out there but never really had a chance to use them much..now I get the best of both worlds :) lol

Of course...I guess that means I've pretty much doubled my purchasing lol
 
Lucky you!!! I absolutely LOVE my boys and I am thankful every day that I have them but I secretly wish for that little girl! I just drool over all the gorgeous girly kits and wish I had a reason to buy them!! LOL
 
I'm so with you! For 5 years I scrapped my sons, drooled over the girly kits, and almost never had a problem sticking to my scrapping budget. Lauren is 4 months old now, and I still smile every time I walk into her pink, flowery bedroom or go over budget for just one more girly kit that I must have.
 
guess i'm just odd as the girly kits really don't tempt me. having a girl would make CT work easier :D but would make everything else kinda complicated because i'm soooo not girly. :p :D

so i'm content with just my little man :)
 
I can so relate Nikki! LOL!! IT's soooo much fun!!!! And my boy LO's don't have to have tons of flowers and sparkles now! :D
 
There are times I do wish I had boy pics to scrap (other than my nephew), but I have to say I am quite content with my HUGE stash of girly goodness!! :wub:
 
I have three boys - so I've got the boy kits covered LOL but thankfully, my brother's got me covered on the girls. I have a HUGE family and see everyone pretty regularly, so I always have lots of pics on hand of my 3 nieces and then all my cousins have girls too so I do pretty good on finding the right pictures, and everyone is happy when they get copies of the layouts I do with them. win win
 
I have one of each too- and I'm glad but it doesn't mean double the spending on clothes AND scrap stuff too! :)
 
Amen.I've wanted a little gurl forever and ever, but one small perk is now getting to buy all the frilly pink glittery rainbow unicorn kits I want. Yeah gurls! *fist thrust*

Between my stepson and my four nephews, I've got boys covered. :)
 
I mean..don't get me wrong...I love all my great boy stuff too but for so long I thought all we'd ever have was a little boy, so I would kind of be sad when I'd think of how cute the girly stuff was and that I'd never get to scrap girly pics or shop in the Barbie Isle at walmart lol... I can't WAIT to do that BTW :)
 
I kinda miss the little girly stuff like barbies and babies and pink frilly stuff. My daughter never liked pink frilly stuff though. My neice however does so I get to buy pretty little girl kits every now and then.
 
I know EXACTLY what you're saying!!!!

I've been scrapping "boy" since my son was born (paper & digi) and now I'm super-excited that this baby we're expecting is a GIRL! :) I can scrap both & buy both boy & girl stuff! I'm so excited!!!! Of course, my luck, I'll break down and buy all the girly stuff in my wish list before the baby's born, and have it end up being a boy! lol!!!! :p
