I purchased a kit I already have, KCB's Blessings so I am wondering, does this mean I am forgetful, have way too many scrap supplies or just doubly blessed? :)
 
Lorie, don't feel bad. I've done this too (only I was too embarrassed to admit it). I chalk it up to too many pretty things to remember them all - especially from Kristin!
 
I am guilty of the same thing.
I say it is definitely a keeper. If you liked it so much you bought it twice then it is a must have!!
 
Kristin, you are a generous doll, thank you! LOL Honestly though, being the wonderful community this is, I really did think someone, maybe Kristin or Robin, would take pity on me and undo my blunder. Glad to see I know my SSD. :)
 
I really am happy to provide people with a coupon to pick up a different kit if they make an additional purchase of a product of mine (just don't abuse me lol) I'm scatterbrained so I think in some ways it makes me feel better when other people do silly things too ;) hahaha

We would never, ever abuse you! I know I appreciate how wonderful the customer service always is here and how generous the designers and Robin are. I think that is pretty evident this weekend with all the games, prizes and sales. :)
 
I vote for doubly blessed because for the first time in almost 8 years of scrapping I did the exact same thing this weekend while shopping!!! :D And yes there is awesome customer service and generous designers here because my oopsie designer fixed me up too!!! :wub: :wub:
 
Heheh it's happened to me before too Lorie. And yes the SSD designers are always super nice about it! love it here!
 
I have done this too...quite a few times actually...Sometimes I mention it and other times I just don't worry about it..figure it's my problem for being silly....lol!!
 
i'm totally curious how this is only the first time this has happened to you, Lorie??! because you def need to share whatever system you're using... as this sort of things happens to me at least once every 4-5 months.
 
I've done this a couple of times too. It seems to be the worst for me with templates or element packs.

Loni, it has happened to me with templates once or twice, but never a kit. I usually check my designer files when I am ordering anything except new releases. I think the reason I missed this one is that I had downloaded it, but not unzipped it yet, so it was not in my KCB file. It was in my new kit file instead, but that one is a bit full, and even though I looked, I missed it. :)
 
I've done this a handful of times too. I'm usually pretty good for checking if I'm not quite sure, but once the kit was still sitting in my downloads folder and hadn't been put into it's permanent home yet so I missed it. Thankfully my memory doesn't have lapses like that very often :p
