Issue with featured designer kit

Hi, I tried contacting customer service through email, but my emails never seem to get through to them for some reason. I placed an order yesterday and didn't notice until I was downloading everything that I didn't get the free kit with purchase. I'm hoping someone can help me out with this. I am out of town and will have spotty internet service over the next few days or I would try emailing again.

Can you PM me your order number or email address so I can try to look up your emails and find out if they're going somewhere where I am not seeing them. Its no problem to send you the FWP separately, I just want to make sure they're going to the right person.

I knew Robin would jump in here to fix it. When I did my order a few minutes ago, it was working perfectly. I hope you girls get it worked out. I know Robin will take care of you. She is the best as CS ever.
