ISO of various themes

We just came back from a vacation to the Wisconsin Dells and Minneapolis and I am looking for a couple of new kits to scrap the time with varioous themes I have not used before. Any suggestions for these?

Build a Bear
Wisconsin Beer
Hiking
Mexican food
Waterpark (it was Mayan themed)
German clock/Pied Piper
