ISO of Thanksgiving Dinner Menu Template

Since my sister-in-law has been ill, she has asked me if we could have dinner at my house. And I gladly agreed. I want to get started with my list now. I want to make a page with the menu but can't seem to find one. Could any of you point me in the right direction? I have the kits I want to use but need a simple template without photos. Please show me what you have. I will be printing it out probaly 10 1/2 by 8.

This is the one I'm going with. I can delete the photos and strips from it. It will be the one that has the sample page on it. The bottom one. Thank you for looking though. I appreciate it.
