ISO a template like this

I'm looking for a template like this but it has to either include .page files or the .png files. I can't use .psd files in my program I saved a bunch of newspaper front pages from the last year or so and they are all rectangular shaped so this would have been perfect if it worked in my program (Artisan's Forever).

I thought about that but it looks like all the templates I checked have only been released as psd files. It seems like a lot of work to go back and do for a single template for one person.
