..dog farts?

My poor dog is getting old and he just lets them rip these days - the smell is hideous.

I'm not sure why I was compelled to share this. I suppose I wanted to know that I'm not alone in smelly dog land.

dog breath is pretty horrid too :) and well dog vomit.... i don't do icky bodily functions/odors very well.

I don't have a dog. LOL
 
Yes there is something worst ... 3yo kiddo and dh combined together... last night they were both sleeping in MY bed and 1st I though they were ready to take off and 2nd I had to sleap in the couch just to run away from the stink

Um...yeah. Except when the dog is farting continuously...never had one of the cats do that. But Bear apparently ate something one evening because I was at the computer for 4 or 5 hours, and he was laying under the desk the ENTIRE time letting out SBDs. Not pleasant.
 
Do they make Beano for dogs? Seriously.
Mine are both sooooo bad these days. They are both getting old (10 years) and man it is non stop. They nap on the couch and at my feet while I watch TV/Scrap and they don't even wake or anything. Gag. Gag. Cough. Cough.:thumbdown:
Guess I'll go light a candle or something!
 
Actually, no there isn't anything worse! My dog has been farting some pretty toxic gas lately too!
 
My old girl is coming up on her 12th birthday (downright ancient for a bullmastiff!) and, let me tell ya, she is one gassy old lady! I mean, the dogs were always able to clear a room, but she is taking it to new heights... errr... lows. :D
 
Oye... I have so been there. I would have to agree that when something is NOT agreeing with my pups, there is NOTHING worse.
 
Funny that a lot of our gassy pooches are seniors :D My guy is going to be 11 this summer and it's just like you girls describe. I'm sitting here working and he's sleeping under the desk and they just waft up every so often and they're distinctly dog foul. It's gnarly. So glad I'm not alone and you guys dont think me insane for my flatulent talk :D
