Is Robin away?

I sent an email at end of last week with questions about TOU for SSD kits and I haven't heard back from her. She is always so prompt, I'm thinking she might be away. Maybe someone here can answer...

This is the message I sent her:

Hi Robin!

I know your store is now S4O friendly storewide (yahoo!), but I have a question, as I'm reading through the TOU.

I have my own photography business, and I'd like to use some kits to design my home page (trinalankford.com). This is where my galleries for my customers will be, so I wouldn't be SELLING your designs, but they would definitely be on showcase here. I'm unclear whether this use is permitted.

I'd like to use some kits to design baby announcements, grad announcements, etc., but these are on an individual basis and not "storefront," so I'm thinking that is okay.

I'm more concerned about whether or not I can use your kits for my home page (which is definitely in its infancy right now...LOL).

I'd email or PM the designer directly of whichever kit(s) you want to use (if they are different than Robin)

She's on vacation for another week+ still. Not sure how often she is able to check in :)
 
Hi Trina! I would contact the designer of the kits that you're wanting to use specifically. Each of us have various rules for what we allow as far as online usage, so there really isn't a blanket answer there.

As far as baby announcements and things, as long as they are completely custom designs for each customer and not advertised as a premade design online (where you'd just change the photo/text for each client), then yes, that's within the TOU and should be fine. :)
