I would absolutely move out to the country and live on a ton of land. It's my dream! I could even deal with withdrawal from civilization. As long as I can order stuff online I'll be fine
I'd like to just "borrow" a cowboy for a while , but I don't think I'd make a good ranch girl. Maybe that's why I like her blog so much -- I can live vicariously through her writing and photos and not actually have to wash the manure-caked laundry myself!

I was born and raised in the country. I don't need a horse and spurs on a man to know he's a cowboy. Cowboy's are country in the heart, not in what he wears...and I already found me one.
I do live in the country. You know how she makes those visits to the Wal Marts? I make them myself, cause that is all there is.... Thenthere is that whole idea of getting up before the crack of dawn all the time. Not gonna happen.
I do love her cooking though. Especially the apple dumplings
